The founder of Contract Specialists started out helping the community to resolve their disputes by merely helping a friend out with a Family law issue that was going nowhere. 

 

After discovering solicitor negligence and correcting within 6 months what the solicitor had not done within 3 years, our founder pursued a law degree in order to be able to help the community further and founded Contract Specialists, our Dispute Resolution, Mediation and Legal Services company.

CS has been created to help consumers and businesses cost effectively resolve their issues by knowing their rights, utilising them and balancing the justice so to reduce the chances of such like negligence happening to them.

The aim is to reduce the stress, time and costly legal action these disputes can cause by helping to resolve your complaints and disputes without the use of complex legal jargon, over bearing costs and only if completely necessary will it progress to litigation and court action.
