Mediation and Dispute Resolution:

The courts encourage parties to try to resolve their disputes through mediation or dispute resolution first and only go to courts as a last resort.

In most cases all that is required for a dispute or complaint to be resolved is for an impartial 3rd party to review it.

Our specialists will first take a look and guide you on the best next process that is in the parties best interest both fairly and financially.

If it is not financially feasible for you to enter into resolution process we will advise you of this.

The aim is for this process to be the last and end result of your dispute and a resolution is agreed without moving forward to litigation. However, in the event it needs to be passed to litigation you can then choose for it to be passed over to one of our trustworthy and reputable solicitors or barristers for you to choose from.

Click on the "request mediation help" below to be taken to our contact us page and request a free consultation.

Legal Services:

We work with a stream of trustworthy and reputable Legal Executives, Lawyers and Barristers when litigation or court representation are required.  We can guide on which to choose from and in what field of law will be required based on your case.

You do not need to have used our Dispute Resolution Services in order to request to use one of our Lawyers or Barristers, however it is always recommended to have tried a form of mediation first as the courts advise mediation or a form of dispute resolution is first attempted before taking it to court.

To request a solicitor or barrister for your case or to get guidance on if you need one, you can contact us by clicking on the choose a Lawyer button below.
